Zavala's Bash
A celebration of Texas barbecue and Texas country music for a good cause. Every dollar of profit goes to restaurant families impacted by cancer.

It started as a thank-you.
The first Bash was thrown in 2017 in the backyard of Zavala's Barbecue, a way of showing appreciation to the family and friends who helped the Zavalas open and run a successful eatery. Texas barbecue from Joe and special guest pitmasters, live Texas country music, and a backyard full of people who take care of their own.
When the foundation was born in 2020, the Bash became its biggest fundraiser. It's never advertised and tickets are never sold. It stays a night for family, friends, and partners.
